1) You may (or may not) have been aware of the 2 mm offset with your pulley but 2) you do not believe that 2 mm is significant in any event and 3) different batches of the AMS units may (or may not) be different (or the same) and 4) to the extent that anyone actually demonstrates premature wear (whatever that is on a 20 year old vehicle) you are already prepared to argue that sometime in the cars life, it likely had over-tightened belts causing the wear, and 5) you would like to know what the HI units are made from.
